Why Nurture

Passion starts a company. Guidance helps it last.

Only a small share of startups succeed, and investors back only a fraction of the proposals they see. TiE Nurture sets out to change those odds through organized mentoring from founders who have been there. Over the program, you will work with your mentors to:

  • Validate the idea

Test your assumptions with people who have built companies, before you commit more time and capital.

  • Refine the business model

Pressure-test pricing, unit economics and how your venture will make money as it grows.

  • Recalibrate focus

Decide what matters most now, and what to stop doing, with honest outside perspective.

  • Devise a go-to-market strategy

Find your first or next customers and build a repeatable path to market.

  • Build the right team

Learn how to hire, structure and lead a founding team that can scale.

  • Become investor-ready

Sharpen your pitch, metrics and story so you are ready when investors are.

What you get

Built around your founding team

  • Two mentors per startup: experienced TiE Charter Members matched to your needs.
  • Tailored mentoring for the whole founding team, not just the CEO.
  • A proven process: a structured cohort with two bootcamps and two mentoring phases.
  • Knowledge sessions and masterclasses led by industry experts.
  • Demo Day in front of Charter Members, investors and the TiE community.
  • No equity and no program fees, so you keep full ownership of your company.
