TiE Vancouver Women

At TiE Women Vancouver, my vision is to cultivate a dynamic community of female leaders who actively share energy, innovation, and resources, engaging in collaborative projects that empower each other. We aim to elevate women to become venture capitalists and angel investors, increasing the current funding for women-led startups and pre-seed projects from 2% to 25%. By fostering mentorship, hosting workshops, and building a robust network, we will initiate a transformative movement that not only enhances the corporate landscape for all genders but also champions diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship. Together, we will create a lasting impact, reshape funding dynamics, and inspire future generations of women leaders.
